The breakfast is good and the location is very convenient for me to our company.

Did not use the breakfast was on the job sight at 5:00 am

Great hotel and staff, the breakfast is too expensive.

It was quiet. Even for Independence Day Weekend. =D

Very good hotel. Staff very friendly. Casino close to hotel. I get upgrade free of charge for better room

The beds are super comfortable, I'm fascinated.

Yes, that long ago. Until i arrived to this motel Tuesday night 10/31/13. As stated to you when i woke up and asked you for the wifi password you SHOULD have written on a keycard envelope or printed out upon check in; you have huge roaches crawling on wall around bed, so i slept sideways on the foot of the bed on top of the flat sheet you gave me. Furthermore, i had to keep my luggages closed at all times, and because you don't have any place for guests to hang clothes nor cists; i have mine hanging on the chair as you suggested when i asked you at check in 'where is the closet or clothing rack?!'. Also, when i called in advance of booking and requested a room with a bathtub rather than only a shower; you said you have ine available. But when i went to use the tub a couple of hours after check in; i noticed that the tub has no spout/no faucet, only a shower head!!!

At least have a fridge, it is only 2 stars.

The location was quite good with shops and restaurants nearby and within walking distance from the Lynwood train station on the Metro C line. Checking in and out of the establishment was straightforward and the office was able to make the necessary adjustment to my keycard when I could not access my room. The guests in the other rooms behaved responsibly in keeping their noise levels down. The room had been cleaned beforehand, and the bed was comfortable enough.
