A value for money choice 25 minutes away from Manhattan (Port Authority) by bus. The breakfast is a very convenient amenity given the high prices on everything in Manhattan. Very clean and spacious room.

Very new and clean hotel with a really comfortable bed and great shower. The two ladies at the front desk were so nice and friendly, and even had our room ready although we arrived early. Very convenient for Columbia University, about a 15 minute walk or one subway stop. Highly recommend!

Kellyn was a great host. She gave us a presentation about how NY is build up and the house/room when we arrived. The room is big and beautiful and perfect to feel like home! When we come back to NY we will definetly stay with her again if available.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I had to notify them of noisy people having an all-night party in the room next door.

Room was extremely clean and up to date. Definitely a safer, cleaner motel vs most others in the area. Very pleasantly surprised by this room!

Exceptional Stay – Perfect Honeymoon in New York! We are a family of four (two adults and two small children, 6 and 2 years old) who spent our honeymoon in New York, and this hotel made it truly unforgettable! First of all, the location in Harlem should not deter anyone — this is part of New York’s character, and travelers know what to expect. The hotel itself is only a 5-minute walk from the 125th St subway station, which made exploring the city super easy. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The entrance was always staffed by elegantly dressed doormen who greeted us warmly, opened the doors, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The lobby was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt very upscale. The check-in experience was exceptionally friendly — we immediately felt at home. A nice surprise: as many other reviews mention, you receive a $25 daily credit to use at the hotel’s bar or restaurant. The cocktails and food were excellent — absolutely worth it! When we entered our room, we were overwhelmed by how beautifully it was prepared for our honeymoon. The staff had thoughtfully acknowledged our special occasion, and even our children were included in the welcome — it touched us deeply. Housekeeping did a wonderful job throughout our stay. We had quite a bit of clothing and luggage (traveling with kids!), and yet the room was kept perfectly clean. The layout was smart and space-efficient, which is completely normal for New York, but everything we needed was there. We also appreciated the complimentary to-go coffee in the lobby each morning and the infused lemon water offered at midday — small touches that made a big difference. Everywhere we went in the hotel, everything was spotless. On our last day, the porters helped us with our luggage and kindly stored it until our departure later in the afternoon. They were so attentive and professional — just like the rest of the staff. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay.

The rooms are refurbished very recentlty. All new items installed.

The host tried to help us the first night by buying us shampoo, tea, etc. The coffee maker was not working; she offered us a new one, but she couldn't fix it because she was busy. We drank our coffee outside.

New, clean and quiet apartament in quiet neighborhood. Not far from the bus stop to NY. Several grocery stores nearby (5-10 min walking). Nice and quick-responsive host. We were planning to leave the apartament during the snowstorm and were assured by host that we could stay longer in case our train was cancelled. Fortunately it was not needed. Comfortable beds! As far as buses to NY are concerned you have to prepare yourself, but for me, European, that was not complicated. NJ Transit app works very well. Highly recommend this apartment.

Clean, relaxing, friendly and everything required

Everything was awesome. Employees were always smiling and helpfull, the bar and restaurant on site were great, room was comfy and clean. Some people might say that it's just for sleeping, but the experience I had really made a difference during my vacation. I really enjoyed it. I will definitely go back again and recommend to anyone who wants to go to New York.

First time at NYC with my husband, we really loved the hotel! Clean, colourful and quiet,near the metro station.
