We loved the friendly and happy design of the hotel and rooms; it was extravagant and gave a good feeling. Employees especially concierge have been very helpful and friendly. we loved the walking distance to central park in the morning and the live jazz evening in the hotel bar for evening. i was surprised about the silence in the rooms, especially since we have been so centrally located. We loved our terrace to sit in the mornings or evenings. we will be back again!

Central Park
Take in a different kind of sight with a stroll, cycle, rollerblade – or even carriage ride – around Central Park! Spanning 843 acres, the park slices through the landscape from North 110th to 59th Street and crossways from 8th to 5th Avenue. A beloved recreational space, you’ll see everything from locals playing baseball or practising yoga to outdoor performances, family picnics and couples saying “I do!”.

Beautiful park, huge, horse and carriage rides.
Beautiful park, huge, horse and carriage rides. Artists displaying their artwork. The IMAGINE tribute to John Lennon is a very moving experience!!! Sometimes people sing together and play instruments!!! As a huge BEATLES fan, I have been there three times over a 12 year period and I still find it very emotional

This isn't your average, American park ! You'll want to stay there at least a couple hours (or more) to really enjoy it. Bring food and plan a picnic there. Also, enjoy the various modes of transportation (scooters, bikes, horse carriages) to enjoy the park road and explore this immense space.

It’s beautiful.
It’s beautiful. Our 2nd time there, 1st being in early Fall & things more green, flowers still in bloom, sunny warm day. This time a bit drizzly & grey, fountains closed down but it was still a peaceful enjoyable walk. Bring your own snacks & drinks

We had a very expensive but lovely horse and carriage ride well worth a visit. I would probably do the walking tour and go later in the year so that it was green. We went in March and it was void of all leaves.

We went just after the pandemic so the park was overgown and filled with homeless people. I am not one to say that people trying to exist is an eyesore. It was just sad that they had to live there. Still a beautiful park.

It’s a nice apartment, well equipped kitchen, big TV, close to the Central Park. In overall the apartment is well equipped. The grocery with breakfast option is across the road.
The hostels' location is superb, one block from the subway station and just a few blocks from Central Park. You can walk around the neighborhood and you'll find cafes, restaurants and everything you need. The rooms and bathroom were clean.
The hotel is in a great location - close to Times Square and Broadway, Carnegie Hall and Central Park. 5th Avenue is an easy walk away. Public transport (subway, MTZ buses) runs along 7th Ave, making it easy to access everything New York offers.
All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, which helped us enjoy our stay. The room was a good size for 3 people, and was well appointed. We appreciated having access to the owners' club on the top floor, especially when we had a late afternoon flight following check out.
Nap York was clean and the staff were friendly. Ultimately it is a hostel, so you cannot expect a hotel experience. However, if you need a cheaper place to sleep, shower, charge your devices and store your bags, this place is perfect. The location is in walking distance from Times Square and Central Park. I would stay here again.
Location location location. That's the biggest advantage of this hotel as it is 5 min walk from both Central Park and Time Square. You don't need to waste any time when sightseeing New York. The view is nice, our room was located at 17th floor.
Great location in Chelsea, New York - just off 7th avenue which leads directly to Times Square (20 minute walk) and Central Park (40 minute walk). Several subway stops (23rd Street - various entrances) within 5 minute walk with links all over the city. Luggage can be left before checking in or after checking out. Hotel isn't cheap, but seemed to be about the most reasonable we came across when looking at places to stay in Manhattan. Rooms are good sized and have very comfortable beds.
Beautiful and well located. Don't be fooled by the size of the room as they are perfect and comfortable for every nights of your stay. After all, you visit New York, not your hotel room!
At walking distance from Central Park and most main attractions of Manhattan, easy access to subway and bus.
Hotel location is very good for Central Park, Time Square and Central Station for New Heaven CT
New York is very nice and amazing city
It is three times visit to New York
I love New York City
The location next to the Central Park is my favorite area in New York. What was an unexpected pleasant surprise for me was the live jazz every evening in the hotel bar.
Location was ideal. It is close to central park and 5th Avenue but in a road that isn't too busy so you felt you could escape from the hustle and business of New York when you came back to your hotel.

Don't forget to pack your comfy shoes or trainers this is the best place to explore on foot and if you get a little tired, take a rest in Central park or Grand Central or the New York Public Library. If you get really tired or if the weather turns make sure you invest in a weekly Subway pass the best way to get from the top to the bottom of the city for only 30 dollars!!!
