Hotels near Central Park, New York

The Mark has a wonderful boutique feel that makes the experience feel warm and homely rather than like a large hotel. I particularly liked the rooms, bathrooms and showers, which are very comfortable and well designed. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They are genuinely friendly, attentive and welcoming, which gives the hotel a very personal atmosphere.

The location of the Hotel is superb on the upper West Side. The subway is #72 is few minutes walk, central Park is a few minutes away. Opposite the hotel there was the Fairway market open until 11pm, it has everything one needs. The MET Opera is short walk, the Julliard school is also a short walk and the Lincoln Ctr. The room we has was superb, especially the bed which was a king size bed and incredibly comfortable, perfect for a long repairing deep sleep. The room had a fantastic view and being able to prepare ones own breakfast in the room was really great. Bathroom was great and the servicing of the room was great We also found the staff incredibly helpful and professional, they do a great job

One of very, very few hotels in New York that actually keep the standard of the 5 star hotel. Very professional staff, very clean rooms, tea and coffee facilities in the room (rare in other 5 stars hotel in NYC), evening turn down service (almost non existent in other 5 star hotels in NYC). Very good gym facilities. And of course amazing location.

Very good size apartment Great toaster , kettle , coffee maker, microwave and lots of pots and pans. Big cooker and oven and a large fridge freezer. Dining table and chairs and a sitting room area. Very comfy bed and very quiet. Trader Joes for food shopping 5 mins away and a lovely 24 hour diner 3 mins away. Easy area to pick up Taxis.

The location was perfect, being only steps from bus stops and subway stations and an excellent supermarket a block and a half away (8th Avenue and W49th Street)

Everything was amazing and truly exceeded our expectations. Although the room was small, it was beautifully designed, spotless, and included a very practical storage room. The breakfast vouchers were extremely convenient, and everything we tried was delicious. The location was excellent, perfectly situated and very convenient for getting around. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. We will definitely be back! 😊

The location was perfect for us …accessible without being in a noisy area. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. The staff were fabulous…even before I arrived the communication from them was friendly and informative.
