The location is simply unbeatable! Right next to Penn Station, a short walk from the 5th avenue and Times Square. In the heart of Midtown Manhattan, it felt safe all day long! Loved the Art Deco atmosphere, it felt very original!

We stayed for one night, without breakfast. The room on the 5th floor facing the street was quiet, though on the small side. The bathroom was basic—everything looked just like in the photos. The beds are small; they’re not standard queen-size beds.

The location of the hotel is perfect, only 10 min from Time Square. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the stuff was polite.

The hotel is in a very good location, with clean and comfortable facilities. The staff are very nice and helpful. I would especially like to thank Front Office Assistant Manager Marlon Foster for his outstanding support when I accidentally left my wallet in my room, he immediately assisted me and arranged for it to be sent safely to my country. Truly excellent service!

It was very close to Penn station, close to a subway station and grocery stores. Perfect location if you are there for a short time. Chris at the desk, I believe the owner, super friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in at 10am.

Great location and staff were superb

Placement was right in the heat of Manhatten. Time Square was like 30 seconds away. Lots of places to visit nearby. Public transport within reach. Really worth to stay if you are about to explore!

Loved my experience here, I really felt safe. My only feedback is around the bathroom, I would have loved if there was a toilet seat lid.

The hotel is very central just up from Madison Square Gardens, The Edge and the Empire State Building are also close by, I couldn’t have asked for a better location to explore all the main tourist attractions.

We loved this hotel. It was close to the atractions and quiet at night. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location, Well trained and very accommodating staff.

We truly had an excellent stay at this hotel. We stayed for 10 days and couldn't be happier with our experience. The breakfast is outstanding, with a huge variety of options, and they add something new almost every day. The location is perfect. The subway is only about a block and a half away, making it very easy to get around the city. At no point did we feel unsafe in the area. We were two women walking back to the hotel around 1:00 AM, and we never had any issues. As for the hotel itself, everything was excellent. The facilities are very well maintained, the rooms are spotless, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, 10/10. This was my third trip to New York, and honestly, it's the best hotel I've stayed at so far.

Location was perfect and size of room for the standards of New York was great. Really good cleaning of rooms every two days. We felt safe in the area. It is pricey but that's normal for the standards of NY

Bed is smaller than expected, but clean and comfortable. Room is also small, but nice and clean. There was no closet. Staff is amazing.
