Located relatively close to the airport.

The place is great and it was of great value for being in NY. The location is great, the building, the size of the room, cleaniness. Staff are great and attentive!

Amazing location, free breakfast and super clean rooms. Rooms are amazing and spacious with a good quality heater and storage for items that may need to be hung up. Do keep in mind that there is a $50 usd deposit required when checking in. Definitely recommend.

Kind staff and at least the bedroom didn’t have carpet only hard floors which looked clean

I think NY is expensive for hotels and this spot was exactly what I expected for the price. It was clean, reliable, easy to check in and out. Not that it was an incredible place, but again, it fits the exact specifications one should expect for this type of hotel.

No frillls but modern and clean

The front staff Ali was very cordial and helpful. The best part about this hotel was the walking distance to the subway directly to Manhattan.

We loved everything about this hotel – from the modern design and stylish decor to the cleanliness, which was always impeccable and beyond expectations. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the location was quiet and safe, and everything we needed was just a short walk away, including a delightful bakery. The bed and mattress were exceptionally comfortable, and despite the size of the room, the space was organized perfectly. A small bonus: the complimentary tea and coffee every morning was fantastic, and we enjoyed having breakfast there. We are delighted!

The whole hotel experience felt “premium” I really enjoyed it from the moment I stepped in. The staff were really professional and welcoming. The location is great too as I could walk to the locations of most of the “basic necessities” if the hotel didn’t have it. The room size I took was fine for me as a solo traveler but if you’re going with more persons I would recommend upgrading to a larger room for sure especially if you think you might have to eat inside the room for whatever reason.

Fantastic location, within walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge and shopping. Hotel had great facilities such as bar, pool and spa. Our executive family room was a great size with 2 beds and a sofa bed.

Was so pleasantly surprised by this place. Loved the breakfast setup they had and the fact that it was all day. Every single staff member I talked to was so ridiculously nice, they even let us pick which floor we wanted to stay on. Room was nicer than I expected and the bed/pillows were so comfy. The location is also excellent with everything you need a short walk away.

The hotel was excellent. I had some doubts before arriving because I read many reviews (not sure if all were about Hilton Brooklyn), and I was a bit influenced by them – but none of the negative things I read happened. Everything was great: the hotel, the service, and the whole experience. Special thanks to Jorge at the front desk – he was very kind, clear, and helpful. The room was a great size, with a minibar, safe, complimentary water, and a beautiful bathroom. The area felt good, especially during the day. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because there were many nice options around. One thing I really appreciated was the $35 credit that you can use at the hotel’s store or restaurant. It’s basically a taxi reimbursement, and that was a nice surprise. I loved my stay, and if I come back to Brooklyn, I would definitely stay here again.
