Amazing location 5min from a great metro to go anywhere, spacious clean rooms, fantastic mattresses, quiet spot too, nice breakfast. But the best thing, their people. Every single one of the people from the stuff was kind and eager to help. Thank you for this amazing stay, Youcef, Elias and all the rest ❤️

This place offers great value for money and is located in a great area.

The breakfast was great, and the room was very clean and more than sufficient for me and my spouse. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The customer service at the reception was excellent, and the housekeeping team was incredibly responsive whenever we requested toiletries or other items. Everyone was respectful, polite, and genuinely helpful. The Wi-Fi was also fast and reliable. The hotel is also very close to the subway, making it easy and convenient to get to Manhattan and explore other parts of New York City.2

I think NY is expensive for hotels and this spot was exactly what I expected for the price. It was clean, reliable, easy to check in and out. Not that it was an incredible place, but again, it fits the exact specifications one should expect for this type of hotel.

I can say the bed was good and comfortable. The Netflix and Amazon Prime apps were open on the TV. I was able to watch movies comfortably.

No frillls but modern and clean

The front staff Ali was very cordial and helpful. The best part about this hotel was the walking distance to the subway directly to Manhattan.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room. Everything is clean and well organised. Complementary Dove products in the big, clean and comfortable restroom with window. The room comes with a coffee machine, tv, ironing things, hairdryer, fridge AND USB connection near the bed. Moreover, it takes only 15-20 minutes to Manhattan (there are at least 8 subway lines around the corner). Within walking distance there are also plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and everything you might need.

The location is fantastic . Especially connection to subway.The rooms were well maintained and clean .Loved the Starbucks coffee in the room.

The high quality style and fragrance! Never heard any noise from the street!

Great location and amenities. Close to a lot of nice places to eat and drink and easy to get around the rest of Brooklyn (or to Manhattan) Lovely room, great bathroom and facilities and the Juliet balcony was a touch

It was great. I honestly loved the hotel and the whole facility. It made me feel relaxed. I especially liked their beds. It's also easy to get around.

Fantastic location, within walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge and shopping. Hotel had great facilities such as bar, pool and spa. Our executive family room was a great size with 2 beds and a sofa bed.

Staff were all exceptional. Great location to explore Brooklyn. Close to cafes and restaurants. Room was spotless. Beds super comfortable. Nice and quiet too which is rare.

NU Hotel is modern, well designed and clean and is close to Smith and Court streets in Brooklyn which has numerous coffee shops, shops and restaurants. We had a good stay here.

The staff there were very nice especially the Indian boy whose name I forgot but all were polite and friendly

Views were incredible. Location was great. Facilities were good. All in all, very little not to like!
