-Clean, comfortable bed and pillows -Pleasant staff This was the only place I could book at 1:30am when I missed my connecting flight. Reception was open 24 hours as promised and the room was clean but because looks a bit grungy because it needs updating and the lighting is dim. It’s good as an emergency option rather than sleeping at the airport.

The front-desk staff were some of the best I've experienced in the US during all my many travels this year. They were super friendly, well-informed, and attentive. The shuttle service to the airport is convenient and the driver was friendly and kind. The driver dropped me off at a different terminal than the one the airline specified. He explained I'd save time and he was absolutely right. I really appreciated that.
