Spotless. The gentleman at the front desk was so lovely, accommodating, kind. He is the reason I will return. We only stayed for 5 hours, as I was moving my daughter home from college for the summer, and we worked long hours—but I will be back for a longer stay.

This inn had such a nice atmosphere. The room was big, very very clean. Lots of little thoughtful touches: a full size soap dispenser with pump, coffee machine with creamer, different teas, a couple of water bottles, lots of places to put and hang your things, lots of electric outlets. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the waterfall. Right across the bridge there's a nice tavern that serves cocktails and excellent brick oven pizza. I think it's now my favourite inn in the Amherst area.
