Room was a good size, and facilities and staff were great. Had a good atmosphere too because it hosts 2 restaurants. Was busy and lively without being disturbing. Excellent car parking facilities too.

The beds are the comfiest beds and this is my third time staying here

The staff was great. Made sure I was taken care of. When I talked the staff about a leak from the ceiling they immediately. I wanted to make sure no more damage to the room or ceiling.

Thought my overall stay was excellent, staff was so accommodating and friendly. Hotel was accessible to not only Casino but also shopping. Restaurants and bars were excellent.

Breakfast was delicious and I like the rooms some have a living room and a kitchen with stove top and big refrigerator so I could put all my stuff in I call it my apartment away from home

Cynthia was very swift and polite in responding to all our questions. The property location was perfect....a very quiet and peaceful environment with ampel parking space. The property was spotless, bed was comfy, bathroom just what we needed, there was a reading table, a cloackroom, and another little room for a coffee machine and a fride/freezer. Cynthia went an extra mile to help me with a pair of scissors to cut something on my new dress I had to wear. We flew in from the UK and anytime we are visiting the DC area we will still choose this same property. We will defintely be back!
