The hotel was basic, but clean, pretty and everyone was very helpful. Perfect for a little weekend in the Berkshires or just staying off I90. Free coffee and sitting by the lake with a book is not a bad morning.

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful inn set in stunning surroundings and gardens. On our holiday this was the only place where we actually met and interacted with the owners , Doug and Jim. Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Lovely leather chairs and decor. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. We were invited to the cheese and wine evening and it was great. Lovely wines and cheeses and a great way to meet other guests. We so enjoyed the piano and a few songs from Doug. Breakfast was a feast .. fruit, yogurts , eggs . Delicious and a different menu each morning. Home baked cakes .. yummy. Saturday we sat in the gardens and enjoyed a lovely afternoon of music , it was so nice to see locals join the afternoon too. We wish we could have stayed longer.. Doug and Jim you run a beautiful Inn, your commitment and hard-work tells the story. Thank you!

It didnt include breakfast but I loved the size of the rooms.

Everything was prepared as agreed. The room was clean and spacious. In any case, we will come again.

Very quiet, decent size. Good kitchen equipments, good location, private parking, we did enjoy the stay.

Wonderful historic hotel (esp Constance), optimal location near center of Lenox and great for visiting Tanglewood, extremely helpful staff

I loved that the historic quality of the Inn was preserved and that it had not been renovated to death. Its antique charms were well preserved and that’s what I loved best. The creaking floors, the dark hallways with nooks and crannies, the wonderful antiques. Please don’t change!

Very friendly welcome in lovely historic Inn. Delicious homecooked breakfast with changing options. The building is nicely maintained and decorated. Despite its age, comforts are up to date. Easy parking on premises.

Exceptional service.......a/c went down on first day....no problem, offered a large portable fan and the opportunity to switch to another Inn in town (not taken)......quick repair......... "All's Well that Ends Well" (Shakespeare.)

Our host was most hospitable and could tell us a lot about the area which was completely new to us. We loved all the sitting down spaces both inside and outside and the location was lovely and quiet.

Common areas, staff and breakfast are amazing. Being surrounded by nature made the difference.

Beautifully arranged. A lot of details and love were put into this b&b. The breakfast was simple but absolutely delicious and homemade. We loved every minute of it. We will go back in summer

Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated rooms with the comfiest beds and pillows. Self check in was easy and instructions were clear as we arrived late. Walkable into Lenox in a couple of minutes, parking on site. Appreciated extra touches like complimentary tea, coffee and snacks. Online concierge helpful and prompt to respond. Breakfast voucher was a nice gesture and helped us support another local business!
