The property was fabulous! Our room was spotless and had everything you would need, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again when visiting Newport as it’s only a short drive away!

Facilities location great suites

Historic and comfortable Great parking and breakfast

I got a good last-minute deal on this inn and really enjoyed my stay. The room was cosy and comfortable, the breakfast was generous and varied, and the location was really convenient in central Newport.

The rooms are very spacious love having a deck right off the room. Staff is very friendly. The inn is on a quiet street which is nice and peaceful. Would definitely recommend The Beech Tree Inn.

Gorgeous/Centrally located hotel

Place was beautiful, location was perfect! Jane Inn manager was lovely. Hope to return there.

The Bellevue Manor exceeded all expectations! Great location, large rooms, clean and comfortable. It even had a beautifully tiled steam room/shower! Parking is free and a wonderful breakfast with all expected items plus homemade scones and French toast! It’s a European style inn and it truly is! Will definitely stay here again!

The staff was amazing especially Giovanna!

Very clean and spacious unit Location is excellent.

Great views from our room and an awesome roof deck for sunsets.

Cute smallish room, clean and nice bathroom. Bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is huge!! Walking distance to all the mansions and cliff walk. Restaurants and cute shops near. It's good that they offer free parking as it would have been hard to find a spot otherwise. Very easy self check-in at late night.

I have four friends stay with me and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time where we ended up spending more time inside than we anticipated due to rain

The suite is in a great location. It's within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The suite itself was very clean and comfortable. . There were 4 of us and we had plenty of personal space.

Wonderful Location, staff were great, the room was amazing

Location, charming place, cleanliness, everything

My wife and I absolutely loved the place and would highly recommend it to one and all!

From the moment we pulled into the parking area, we felt instantly welcomed and cozy at The Island House. The decor throughout the hotel is absolutely beautiful — warm, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home.

Everything about this place is great. From the location to the staff, from the size of the suites to the view, I highly recommend this place.

The bred was super comfortable and the room was beautiful. The breakfast was great! It was so nice to have a sit down, fresh breakfast in a quaint area. The location was also good. Just a short walk to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy, clean rooms, perfect location with free parking. Lovely staff, they guided us well for our limited time in Newport. Yummy brekkie and full day complementary coffee.

The view of the water was beautiful, I recommend a room with a view. The location was easy access, it is considered an island but its drive on drive off. Close to everything Newport. Spacious room, facilities are beautiful, dining options both indoor and outdoor.

Awesome Area, close to shopping, dining and afternoon Cocktail Cruise.

Wonderful little boutique hotel—beautiful down to the smallest details. The location is perfect for walking to Newport shopping and restaurants. The dining room has an amazing view and breakfast was delicious. I have nothing negative to say. It completely exceeded my expectations. I will stay here again.

comfortability and easy walking, breakfast bar was well prepared and nicely presented, bar on site and relaxation areas for social time, rooms clean and comfortable. The bar in the room was a nice touch.

Unbelievable service. 11/10.

across the street from the beach

Nice, welcoming and super clean

The staff especially Radu were so helpful. The facility was newly renovated and you could tell the workers took pride in the renovation as we spoke to the chief engineer. The common spaces were bright and airy and a very overall pleasant and affordable stay for the area.
