The floors were not properly clean. The toilet had not been cleaned, there was urine and hair. I went to the office immediately, unfortunately they did not put me in another room which I would have preferred. But they sent the cleaning guy while I was in the room, he only cleaned the top of the seat not under it, so basically it was never cleaned. The house keeping guy may need a refresher course on how to clean up the room.
