Great location near shopping and restaurants. You could see the CMU football field from the property so if you had something to do there it was a great location! Lobby, hallways, elevators & room were very clean. Comfy bed. Great shower. Fantastic breakfast. Katherine behind the front desk was just a delight! She was running the front desk and restocking the breakfast with a smile on her face the whole time!

The owner was most accommodating. I had a question during the stay and he answered immediately. The appliances were brand new . Very roomy . Exceptionally clean .

Traveled to Mt Pleasant for a show at the casino, which was not a venue I'd recommend. However, the Gingko Tree was a gorgeous property with incredibly kind and courteous staff and beautiful accommodations.

Great breakfast. Loved the fresh baked pecan pumpkin muffins!! Location was perfect. It only took us 15 minutes to get to our destination.

All was well I liked it especially the hospitality was good , customer care was awesome l really liked breakfast it was good and l honestly enjoyed everything especially the pool experience and was great .

Very clean. Easy access with my trailer. Great price compared to places in Mt. Pleasant and only 15 minutes away. Young girl at counter was very nice.

Our room was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The attendent Paula for the breakfast was very attentive and friendly, kept everything stocked. We stayed at the Baymont to celebrate my sisters birthday.
