Great host, perfect location to discover the cape and to have a walk to the penguins. There is a big terrace and a pool which can be used. We even saw, whales directly from the breakfast table.

Location is on the wild side of Simonstown, ten minutes from the turnoff to Cape Point Reserve. The children loved the delightful little beach practically across the road. Millers Point Tidal Pool 6 minutes down the road is amazing. The house is very spacious (for 10 people) with enough bathrooms. The shallow pool was great for smaller children. The TV and video (in separate lounges) worked fine. Having a gas/electric stove meant that we could survive loadshedding. Two fridges, one in the double garage and one in the kitchen were so useful. We could also park two extra cars at the entrance to the garage. We had excellent communication with Matthew, the agent, and he was a great help.

We loved everything! Room was so clean, pillows smells perfect. Warm welcoming, gifts provided(like banana, apple, snacks etc). Comfortable bed, perfect location. Felt like we are at home thanks to Tom and Liz.

Amazing location in Simons Town, Overlooking Sunrise from bed, Whale Watching from room, Boulders beach is proximity, convenient location for moving onwards to western part of island for sunset or Chapman Peak Drive, and closer to Cape of Good Hope. Meticulously done apartment in attic of the mansion. Breakfast prepared and served in room as per choice and is hygienically prepared and graciously served. Apartment is away from the hustle of the town yet convenient to communicate for sightseeing. Host is approachable and helpful as well. A small pool besides resembles any of the other infinity pool with Mighty Indian Ocean in background. A must stay to enjoy and experience mystic energy of being located between Indian and Atlantic Ocean. Also may curtail a day stay at Cape Town as most of the attractions including Penguin Beach, Seals Island, Chapman's Peak Drive, Ostrich Farm, Wine Yards, Surfing in Muizenberg Beach, Naval Museum and majestic natural landscapes including famous Cape of Good Hpe are bang on this narrow peninsula. Amazing experience and stay.

This apartment has exceeded our expectations greatly. It is absolutely beatiful, spacious, fully equipped for longer stays, the terrace and sunrises are a dream. Very safe location and friendly, helpful hosts. If we are back to Simons Town, we want to stay only here.
