The staff were very nice, offered us also a free room upgrade, the room we stayed in was clean and equipped with everything. The hotel is close to old shops and walkable places nearby, they also offer a free shuttle to the beach and the beach in Sharjah is so clean and quiet. It definitely exceeded our expectations, would come back again when in Sharjah.
