Located in the heart of downtown, the hotel's entrance is stunning, with a breathtaking atrium lobby that immediately caught my attention. The sweet aroma wafting through the lobby added to its charm. The staff were phenomenal, particularly Khadija and saja at reception, there warm smile lit up the entire lobby. The Italian restaurant was also noteworthy, with impressive service that exceeded expectations. My room was spacious, with an enormous bathroom that was a delight to use. What truly stood out, however, was the level of service. Even the lobby front office manager, Ibrahim, took the time to offer us tea while we waited, showcasing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, my stay at the Radisson Blu Ajman was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.
