The staff is where they stood out. They initially had no bottom beds (of bunks) but found one and accommodated me. The kitchen was well inventoried/big, beds comfy, plug/shelf at each bed, large locker, plenty of community space, best breakfast included in price(in years of travel). To conclude- I left my towel behind and staff found it-I was able to pick it up a week later with help of Faustina and others members of staff. Thanks again for the nicest/cheapest hostel in Argentina or Chile.

Great hotel in the centre of Puerto Madryn - I think this might be the best place you can find in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, nice restaurant and staff friendliness at this hotel. We were there for one night only and had to leave at 5am, the staff ensured we had a little breakfast before we left whcih was super appreciated! I would definitely recommend staying here and trying out the restaurant for dinner if you get a chance.

The vibe of this place is just magic. It makes you feel at home immediately thanks to the great and warm welcome by the staff. The view from the common area is mesmerizing and the location is great to reach all the main sites. It was a dream stay, I didn’t want to leave!

I really can’t find the words for this superb hotel. The views from everywhere are incredible, the grounds are like an enormous park on a golf course. Huge heated outdoor pool to just sit in. The building interior is like an enormous ski chalet with loads of atmosphere. We sat in the lounge at night. ordered bar food and drank beautiful wines. There is something for everyone at this hotel I just wished we could have stayed longer.
