The hotel is situated within walking distance from the main attractions. Though the street is busy, the rooms are well soundproofed. The building has been brightly refurbished and gives a nice sensation of cleanliness and space. Staff is welcoming and helpful, the rooms very spacious and and equipped with all you need for a relaxed stay with even a small fridge and microwave. Complimentary water and cakes all afternoon in the lobby area. The hotel has a large indoor parking. The buffet breakfast was tasty and fresh, some more choice of fruit would have been nice, but no complaints. We would highly recommend a stay here and will surely be back next time we visit Rosario, a city that in itself was a very pleasant surprise!

Convenient location, gracious host, clean property, room to park my rental car on the property and lock the gates (if you own/rent a large vehicle, you may need to park on the street in front of the home, but the neighborhood felt very safe, so I don't think that would be an issue), heaters in our bedrooms worked great, shower was hot, beds were comfortable, close to a panaderia with excellent facturas, and near a great restaurant with fantastic empandas and milanesas, and host let us check out late which was great since our flight didn't leave until the late afternoon. Fantastic stay.
