It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments but this hotel in a medieval building is the best. Great renovation and design. The view of the cathedral is stunning. Location is the best I think.

The accommodation offers a fitness centre, sauna and free WiFi throughout the property. We stayed here for a short stopover and it worked really well. We needed to check-in late and it worked really smoothly. Instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Free coffee in the morning was great!

Public parking is available at discounted rates at the Rathausgalerien car park (Adolf-Pichler-Platz 1), just 100 metres away. Various bus stops are in the surroundings, providing for easy access to the train station, the airport and the hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I loved the Breakfast and nice dining rooms too. The location was superb to visit the old town and River Inn ( just a few minute walk) as well as public transportation to reach many other attractions.

A contrast between the old and new architecture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Very helpful staff who goes the extra mile to help me check online materials. Decor in the hotel brings history back to life.

Garage parking is available at a surcharge at the Altstadt underground parking, which is 54 metres away from the hotel. Our room was small but very comfortable, with a soft bed and the option to choose from a pillow menu at reception – a lovely touch. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding! A wide variety of delicious options including cold cuts, fish, cheeses, freshly squeezed juices, and more. Honestly, the breakfast alone is worth staying at this hotel. The spa facilities were very good. On the -1 floor there’s a pool and sauna, and on the 6th-floor terrace there are additional saunas (adults only). Just be aware that the rooftop spa follows traditional German customs – clothing is optional – so if you’re traveling with children or feel uncomfortable with that, you might want to skip the terrace area. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very impressed. After trying several places in the Old Town, we found the hotel’s restaurant to be one of the best in terms of food quality. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance to all major attractions. Public parking is available just behind the hotel, about 100 meters away. If you show your ticket at reception, you get a small discount. We paid around €20 for the night.
