The Residence is surprisingly beautiful and feels truly luxurious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful — they kindly assisted us with directions and allowed us to leave our luggage both upon arrival and before departure. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, modern, and luxurious. We stayed in a fantastic two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with two separate showers — an absolute lifesaver, especially for four girls getting ready for the opera! Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was fully equipped and perfectly suited for preparing a lovely homemade dinner if desired. They offer a wide variety of services, and the location is simply perfect: right in the heart of the city, exactly midway between the Opera House and Heroes' Square, just a few steps from elegant Andrássy Avenue. Below the avenue runs the historic M1 subway line — continental Europe's oldest metro, charmingly vintage and super cute! I can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful establishment to anyone visiting Budapest.

The rooms are new, well designed, and amenities of the room cover everything you could want: dishes, iron, hair dryer, kettle, robes, USB and USB mini ports by the bed, and comfy beds. Any questions you have, or insights you need, you have only to ask. But the kindness and helpfulness of Andrej is what made this time so special. We had issues with our taxi and Andrej helped us solve it. We got in late and he made sure to have the heat on and everything ready for us.
