The view was fantastic, the outdoor wood-fire hottub was exactly what I was looking for, and the house was very cozy and warm. The local produce for breakfast was lovely, and the Sable felt like such a personal touch. Coincidentally, my partner and I shared a bottle by a bonfire on our very first date!

We loved the cosy apartment we had at Goat Square House. The bed was big and comfortable and we loved the breakfast provisions and bottle of wine.

A beautifully decorated and comfortable house with a lovely welcome basket of treats from the host. It is a modern villa in a small quiet complex. We were a family of four with two young adults and found the space adequate plus it has an outdoor undercover table. Having an ensuite bathroom for the main bedroom was helpful. Loved it and would stay there again.

Lovely country location within easy reach in a car to surrounding towns. Homestead style property as shown in the photographs. Hosts very friendly, but do not impose.

Lovely old homestead on outskirts of town with beautiful views over open country. Rooms have separate sleeping and sitting areas. Bread, cereal and milk (etc) provided for breakfast. No sink, only a plastic bowl (not easy to find): tricky to fill kettle and bowl from tap in bathroom basin. A wonderful base for exploring the Barossa Valley.

The cottage was absolutely wonderful, very charming. It was spotlessly clean & comfortable, with a good supply of kitchen items & some pantry staples. Lots of towels & soaps too. The location was an easy 5 minute walk to the main street & it had a huge garden with off street parking.

Lovely spacious home away from home, the decor, furniture and every little item and detail (the air conditioning being on & welcoming us on a hot day) that was provided by Louise was very much appreciated. From the Tim Tams to the generous refreshment and toiletries supplies, we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and could quite easily have stayed much longer.

We absolutely loved our time in this apartment. It is wonderfully spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and has a real homely feel that made us relax the moment we walked in. The attention to detail is outstanding — everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. The location is fantastic too, with easy walking access to cafés, shops, and beautiful Château Tanunda. It couldn’t have been more convenient. A perfect base for exploring the Barossa. We highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again!
