The staff were all polite, friendly, and very welcoming with their smiles, and they consistently provided prompt responses, typically within half a day, whenever I left a message. Due to our tour group itinerary, we had a very late check-in, and we sincerely appreciate their accommodation and flexibility regarding our late arrival. We were delighted by the abundance of complimentary amenities, including numerous snacks, drinks, and beers. A fantastic added benefit was the ability to refill sparkling water bottles just down the hall. Breakfast, served starting at 6:30 AM, was a very generous buffet featuring bread, jams, honey, oatmeal bowls, fresh fruit, milk, and plant-based milk options. Finally, the bed was incredibly comfortable—it felt like being enveloped in feathers—and was so good that I wish I knew the brand so I could buy one for home!

Boasting a beachfront location on Comet Bay, Seashells Mandurah features an infinity pool, hot tub and barbecue area overlooking the ocean. It had absolutely everything we needed for self catering in a huge apartment. The washing machine and tumble drier were an extra bonus. Also surprised to discover gated private parking. The swimming pool was fantastic as well.

From the very first moment I stepped into the house, I was genuinely shocked. The style is truly unique, with an exceptional level of attention to cleanliness, overall quality, and every detail of the house. The commitment to sustainability and respect for the surrounding ecosystem is truly impressive. Huge compliments to the owner — not only for his incredible charisma, kindness, and availability, but also for having created something truly special. I would gladly travel from far away and pay just to stay here and sleep immersed in this magical atmosphere, not for convenience alone, but for the magic itself! Located in Mandurah, 1.1 km from Silver Sands Beach and 1.2 km from Mandurah Ocean Marina, TEMPEL by the Sea offers air conditioning. Hosts were very commuicative about how to check in and info about the apartment. Apartment beautifully decorated. Full kitchen with amenities and espresso coffee. Loved the special sparkling wine & choc treats left for us. So much space available to lounge about. Breaky on the balcony just perfect to marvel at the beach. Easy access to the beautiful beach from within the hotel. Didnt use the pool (cool weather) but has spa and people looked to be enjoying it. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Easy parking and access to room. Lovely soft deep carpet- we laughed as we could see where we had paced about. So many great close eating/drinking spots within 5min walk. We ditched the car and mainly walked to town as its such a lovely town to explore. Bed devine to slumber in. Rainfall shower head just lovely. Would stay again.
