Set in Melbourne, 1.2 km from Melbourne Museum, The StandardX, Melbourne offers accommodation with a terrace, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The apartment was stylish, spacious and well furnished, the bathroom was clean and comfy, but things that made our stay exceptional was an amazing Spanish girl from the front desk, who was very friendly, helpful, she introduced us to the facilities of the hotel, informed us about surroundings, the city, recommended the bar on the top floor with an amazing view. We were also able to check-in earlier since our room was ready. I really appreciate the hotels that has check-out at the hour that doesn’t force guests to set an alarm in a phone, and The StandardX is one of them (human-friendly hotel) - standard check-out is at 12:00. Really recommend that place!

The room was spacious and comfortable. Location is great as it is just opposite a mall, with several eateries within walking distance. The complimentary coffee behind the reception was surprisingly good. Overall, good value and a pleasant stay for visiting the attractions around Mornington Peninsula.
