The four-star Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre is located in the centre of Brussels, only 100 metres from Brussels Central Station and the St Michael & St Gudule Cathedral. 10/10. Everything was great! The location is fantastic, a 2 minute walk from the train station, couple of minutes walk from all the interesting areas in Brussels. The hotel is beautiful, the room is very large and comfortable, the quality of everything was evident. It felt very upscale. Breakfast and restaurant meals were delicious too.

On the first day we were accommodated in the rooms we had reserved, which were fantastics, with a view of the inner garden and very quiet, but which we had to change due to a technical problem. The staff responded in time and changed not only one room but both (since we were with the children to stay close to each other) and even increased the standard of the rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and full of calories to adapt to the low temperatures that were outside. So everything was perfect.

Beautiful home, extremely helpful hosts, they have a guide and map on what to see and where to go. Thierry was pleasant and checked in with me during my stay to make sure everything was good. His mom is a sweet lady too and I enjoyed our conversation -through Google translate ;). I felt very comfortable and safe here which is so important especially being a woman by myself. I stayed here for a concert at Forest National, the location was perfect- only a 15-20 minute easy walk. If I come back to Brussels for a concert I will want to stay again! Thank you!

Steve was an exceptional host. He went above and beyond. He allowed us to use his kitchen and other common areas which was a real bonus as we were travelling with another family member who had their own room. This allowed us to spend time together after a busy day in the city. It was a beautiful old home which has maintained it's charm but at the same time being well maintained. Metro was an easy 5 min. walk away.
