There is secured private parking with enough spaces (we were there on a busy holiday night and it was perfectly fine). The staff are helpful and polite. Reception is tended 24/7. The room was perfect: stylish, clean and comfy, very spacious. There are thick curtains blocking out the morning light, which is great for light sleepers. Halls and common areas are well kempt. There is a lift but stairs are also accessible. We would definitely be staying there again.

Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. It was our fourth stay in the hotel. The SPA is incredible, one of the nicest I have been. Our room was upgraded to an apartment, big thanks to the friendly, accommodating staff. The small New year’s presents with hotel logo, was a nice touch. The food is delicious prepared with products from the hotel farm. My son liked the children indoor playground and enjoyed the kids cinema evening with popcorn. We will definitely come back!

Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety, good food to set you up for the day. Great coffee too. Leisure facilities were excellent. Kids loved the pool in the evenings. The gym was good too. Regular shuttle bus to the gondola every morning. Storage room for skis and boots. My husband celebrated his birthday while on our holiday, and the staff left a complimentary bottle of wine for us to enjoy.

The Perun Hotel enjoys a peaceful location next to the large city park on the edge of Sandanski. It offers fine Bulgarian cuisine. Very nice small hotel with excellent spa. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is good and you can order dinner from pretty basic menu. The hotel is very close to the city park entrance and thei own parking is a big advantage. Highly recommended. We had a great time.

Apart from the futon bed, which was not comfortable at all, everything else was great. The staff was excellent, the spa facilities were superb and the food was of top quality.
