I pass by this area all the time and this is my first time staying here. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The restaurant is nice and clean.

The apartment had everything we needed, and our child was even able to do homework at one of the small desks in the bedroom. The check-in and stay instructions were excellent — very detailed and easy to follow. Since the building entrance is tucked away in a small alley, the step-by-step guide with photos really helped us find our way quickly. There’s also underground parking available. A woman who lives on the same floor and is connected to the apartment’s owner was very helpful — she had a spare key, which saved us when ours turned out to be broken (it only opened the top lock, not the bottom one). Thanks to her, we were able to get into the apartment without any trouble. As an architect, I’d like to add a small but interesting detail — right next to this building there’s another one, an old structure built in 1911, before the First World War, in the Art Nouveau style. You absolutely must see it while it’s still standing and hasn’t been demolished yet. You’ll easily recognize it — the year of construction is written right on its façade.

The host is exceptionally friendly and responsive. I will definitely come back!
