Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Great value for money. Everything was great, food is amazing, staff polite and available, amenities are all here.

Also, you can benefit from free access to the spa centre, featuring a 25-metre swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, a gym, thermal and relax zones. Location is very Good. The Kids could ski exactly next to parents view. Hotel swimming pool is nice. Strongly advise to family with kids. By sure, we will think about this hotel next year.

The guest house has family rooms. I am a frequent user of booking, for more than a decade, and this is one of the best stays I have ever had. The place is new and well-maintained, very charming and quiet, despite being very centrally located. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, without being a nuisance. The little touches -- a bowl of chocolates, bottled water, coffee capsules, etc. -- you don't get everywhere you go, certainly not in Bulgaria. Would go back in a heartbeat!

This 5-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub, as well as a bar. I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

The accommodation provides spa facilities, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The studios were very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The management is exceptional!

Apartments EMIZA provides spa facilities and wellness packages, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Samokov, 38 km from Park Vitosha. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Very clean. Great rooms with everything we needed.
