The friendly stuff, specially Rat and Christiana, they were really kind and friendly to me. My handicapped accesible room was awesome and very comfortable. The standards of Fallen Leaves Lodge are very high, I enjoyed a lot there. Thanks again Rat for everything!

Located in San Ignacio and with Cahal Pech reachable within 2.6 km, Maxroomz provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a restaurant. I stayed in Room 4, and it was very spacious, clean, cozy, and felt just like a home stay. The room is very family-friendly, with bunk beds and a TV in one part of the room, and a large bed with another TV in a separate area. The room is well equipped with fans and an A/C unit, a mini refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, a couch, and plenty of storage for clothes. There is also a safety box for personal items, as well as tables and counters to eat and place food. The room also includes a lamp and lamp stand with drawers next to the bed. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower has both hot and cold water. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food at very reasonable prices. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, which made the stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel as you get value for your money! I will definitely return.

This property and caretaker David just were above and beyond what we could have hoped for! What a beautiful house with all the amenities just minutes from town. Howler monkeys and plenty of birds made every morning memorable. I have never seen such detail and thought go into the decor and feel of each room. We felt at home here and will be back.
