We also had the option of delicious suppers on site for a small extra fee. The beds were very comfortable and rooms clean / well appointed. The cottage is located close to the Xunantunich archeological reserve such that we could walk there and back with our adventurous kids. That saved us on having to hire a tour company for the day. This is an incredibly place with a very gracious and communicative host. Plus, my kids loved the dogs and cats on the farm.

Howler monkeys and plenty of birds made every morning memorable. I have never seen such detail and thought go into the decor and feel of each room. We felt at home here and will be back.
