Definetely the guest service, very professionals, friendly and attentive to our needs. We didn't use too much of hotel facilities, but as far as the room is concerned, very clean, not too big, but just enough for a quick 1-2 nights.

We’ve got an upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view and a sweet surprise with a card. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. We also tried the Big Beach Lounge and the food there was exceptional good and Libby our waitress there was such a friendly and lovely person. The house, the location, the room is so nice and the bed is super comfortable, no noise around, black out curtains, we slept as stones. Great bathroom.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and so cozy with the fireplace. This hotel has one of the best and biggest bathrooms! Great location near Yaletown, but not so close that it's loud or busy, and lovely brunch at the Cafe next door. Very clean, great outdoor pool on the 5th floor patio, and super comfortable.

The Oswego Hotel is located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Victoria’s parliament buildings and historic harbour. Beautiful rooms and common areas, so close to the main attractions.

Location was great to get walking to touristy places. The ambiance for the season was great, and the staff, in general, were charming and welcoming. No complaint.
