On our way home, we realized we had left ski boots in the ski room. Without hesitation, the hotel staff located them and shipped them back to us! This level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Piz Ot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable ski holiday. The combination of its great location, modern amenities, delicious food, and outstanding staff makes it a top choice. We will definitely be returning!

I love everything about it and the place is so peaceful at night that we sleep and wake up with the sound of birds and water flowing in a nearby river.
