Stay KooooK Geneva City - Online Check In offers accommodation set 1.2 km from the centre of Geneva and features a terrace and a shared lounge. Loved everything about it. Location, decor, etc. Very well equipped too! Most importantly, the staff were very kind! I had to travel to another city and return to Geneva to pick up my bags after checking out and they were kind to let me keep my bags with them till I got back. When I got back days later exhausted for a night flight, they were kind to offer me coffee and snacks at the public lounge before leaving. Very automated but so user friendly and very safe too!

From the welcoming drink to the checkout the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, Lidl and Migros were not so far.

It is an easy to get to location with on-site parking. 15 minute drive to/from the airport. A fully stocked kitchen with breakfast foods available. All the kitchen utensils anybody could possibly want. Washer and dryer available. Comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets available. It was very clean, the bathrooms were immaculate! Smart TVs in every room, and big enough to actually see. Extra toys and a PS3 in the living room. Such a great property with an incredibally friendly owner!

Completely renovated in 2017, the historic and prestigious The Ritz-Carlton Hotel de la Paix, Geneva is located in the heart of the city, on the shore of Lake Geneva. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday and retirement. From welcoming to the room decorations to the celebration in the restaurants the staff were very thoughtful. Everything was amazing! The concierge and the front desk staff were super helpful in helping us with our daily arrangements. One of the concierge, Matteus and a front desk staff, Nassim went out the way to arrange a special cake and a thoughtful gift for me. The stay was very memorable.
