Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room had an amazing view on the lake. The staff was super helpful. There is also a delicious restaurant.

It is in a superb location, and Ximena and JC are the perfect hosts. They are warm and friendly and so so kind and helpful. The house is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable, there is a lovely pool, the breakfasts are amazing and … did I mention the lovely hosts?

The house is located in a very calm and secure neighbourhood, within walking distance of Villarrica's centre. It has a parking place for one car, or a maximum of two if well accommodated. Edgardo, the host, is very attentive and kind. He was very flexible with check-in time, and communication before and during the stay was outstanding.

The location was exceptional - right next to a park, but within a couple blocks of downtown to be able to walk to restaurants and stores. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. A family lives there and has some help to run the guesthouse. They're all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling and cooked to order. The complimentary alfojares introduced them to me, and throughout our trip I bought more!
