Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. I love this hotel! I travel lots, so I don't say this lightly. Beautiful view from private balcony, relaxed atmosphere, wonderful staff, great rooms, nothing over-the-top or ostentatious - just calm. Good breakfast. Useful location.

The owners go above and beyond to make you feel at home and like family. We spent time with them and other guests enjoying drinks and food together. The owners even drove us to town twice and always offered us something to drink when we came home. The location is very peaceful with a great view. Its an easy walk down into town or a 3 minute Uber ride back. The swimming pool is a bonus. Staying here was a treat and so different than just staying at a hotel. You get to know the real people of Chile. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house is located in a very calm and secure neighbourhood, within walking distance of Villarrica's centre. It has a parking place for one car, or a maximum of two if well accommodated. Edgardo, the host, is very attentive and kind. He was very flexible with check-in time, and communication before and during the stay was outstanding.

The location was exceptional - right next to a park, but within a couple blocks of downtown to be able to walk to restaurants and stores. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. A family lives there and has some help to run the guesthouse. They're all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling and cooked to order. The complimentary alfojares introduced them to me, and throughout our trip I bought more!
