Tip top service from the hotel staff, especially the parcel department. I have so many taobao parcels delivered to the hotel days before I checked in, they helped me to receive it and nothing missing. They even helped me to return some of the parcels that arrived after I had left. Never been to a hotel that is so helpful. The location is great and room is so spacious and comfortable. King size bed is super king, fits us family of three with a 7 yrs old kid comfortably. If I were to visit Guangzhou again, no doubt I would choose this hotel again.

The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre. Brilliant staff, very friendly and resourceful. 5 star service, food was good and has plenty selections. Hotel and all facilities were very clean. Staff have good knowledge of the area and are happy to give directions , even write the names of the places for you to give to the taxi drivers. Bella and the other lady receptionist were very helpful.
