Le personnel au top et tout particulièrement Mr Wyman Lee qui parle très bien anglais qui comprend très bien les difficultés que nous pouvons avoir en tant que Francais avec une famille et un bébé Il a pris soin de nous aider pour le laundry car nous n'avions pas l'application mais également pour la recharge d'argent sur Alipay enfin il a ete aux petits soin quand nous cherchions des produits pour notre fille lait, pharmacie absolument tout je mets un 20/20va ce Mr qui aime son métier. Le Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel a été entièrement rénové en 2022 grâce à une philosophie de design qui associe l’esthétique contemporaine à l’atmosphère d’un lieu commun. From the moment we arrived, the door man, front desk to concierge were attentive and efficient. Rooms were well kept, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is connected to the mall, which means at least we were able to avoid the extremely hot weather a bit. Many shopping and good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Guangzhou.

L’établissement Atour Light Hotel Guangzhou Taikoo Hui Zhengjia Plaza bénéficie d’un emplacement de choix dans le centre de Canton. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room and bathroom had lots of attention to details that’s not normally addressed by most hotels. Although the rooms did not have any outdoor views, but there was a window looking into a picturesque tree with mood lighting in the evening. The tv in the room was at least 65” and lots of channels available for viewing. They even provided 2 bottles of water at room temperature and another 2 in a small refrigerator with glass doors. The shower was compact yet efficient with wonderful perfume shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast included in our room rates were excellent choices of both western and Asian which were changed daily. The hotel is only two levels so there’s no waiting or crowded elevators. Provide laundry service too!
