The accommodations were comfortable, and the bathroom featured a wonderful overhead shower with great heating and water flow. The service was the highlight of the stay, with Johnathan being our go-to person for any need—he helped us with everything, from explaining metro routes to assisting with train ticket purchases and arranging taxi rides. Breakfast was also plentiful, offering both Western options (bread, bacon, eggs, etc.) and Eastern ones (rice, assorted vegetables, soups, proteins). The hotel’s thoughtful touches included unlimited bottles of mineral water and a delicious evening soup. The self-service laundry for guests worked very well, which was another standout feature, allowing us to pack lighter for the trip. Additionally, the hotel is just steps away from the metro, making transportation incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I return to Shenzhen, it will definitely be my choice again.

The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre. 初めての海外旅行でした。中国語は少し聞き取れる程度で、英語も簡単なものしか話せませんが、スタッフさんが嫌な顔せずに根気よく翻訳機でやり取りしてくださって助かりました。 ルームクリーニングもいつも綺麗にしてくださり、朝食･夕食のビュッフェも美味しかったです。 部屋も広く、部屋からの眺めもとても綺麗でした。 一人旅でしたが最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございます。

The hotel is fantastic in terms of location, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by markets, shopping malls, and restaurants. There's also a metro station nearby. The hotel's services are excellent; the staff are very professional, and the internet is very fast.

I like everything about this hotel , it felt like home .. The Staffs at the reception were so awesome and helped me a lot from the very first day I checked in .. I literally can’t way for the daily breakfast because the breakfast was so delicious and there was different options .. the reception gave free snacks , water and tea regularly .. I love this hotel so much after 16 days I just extended my stay for another one week.. I definitely will be back here in April .. it was close to everything, restaurants, bars , malls etc .. everything was easy ..
