The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre. 初めての海外旅行でした。中国語は少し聞き取れる程度で、英語も簡単なものしか話せませんが、スタッフさんが嫌な顔せずに根気よく翻訳機でやり取りしてくださって助かりました。 ルームクリーニングもいつも綺麗にしてくださり、朝食･夕食のビュッフェも美味しかったです。 部屋も広く、部屋からの眺めもとても綺麗でした。 一人旅でしたが最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございます。

Sheraton is remarkable, but this stay was truly extraordinary thanks to Jack, who upgraded our room for a breathtaking experience with my husband. It was a delightful surprise, and his attention to detail was evident when he provided us with a fruit platter. Jack took the time to address the issues I had with my Bon Voy card, showcasing his dedication and care. He embodies the essence of exceptional service at Sheraton in Guangzhou and throughout China. Having traveled extensively, I've never encountered someone as proactive, kind, and patient as him. Thank you, Jack, for making my stay exceptional.

Before arrival, hotel manager Robin arranged the airport transfer according to my needs. The hotel does not have this provision but he went an extra mile to assist us. We arrived at the hotel safely. Upon check-in, we were met by Robin and his staff who assisted us. During our 5-night stay, whenever we met Robin, he made sure we were satisfied with the hotel's service. Robin spoke fluent English and was professional. With our not-so-good-Mandarin, the front-desk staff (mainly speak Mandarin) also helped us with our queries. The spread of food at breakfast was wide and has met our expectations. The hotel's location is perfect and accessible by public train (Xia Sha station, 下沙站）. Next to it is the KK One Mall which has many shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. If you like haidilao (Hotpot restaurant), it is located in this mall. This hotel is near to Coco mall, Ping An building, Window of the world (better than we thought). We sightsee Gankeng old town, Dafen Oil painting village, went Huaqiang electronics, shenzhen civic center light show and Dongmen pedestrian street (if interested in 旗袍 chinese traditional dresses, you can get them at reasonable rates) . This hotel is a perfect location to reach the above stated places. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Shenzhen because the hotel provides us a comfortable place to rest and convenience to all the places we visited. One last thing, the hotel is beautifully decorated, nice fragrance, rooms are big and clean, and what is the best of this hotel - the provision of complimentary laundry washing! Thanks to Robin and the hotel staff!

I like everything about this hotel , it felt like home .. The Staffs at the reception were so awesome and helped me a lot from the very first day I checked in .. I literally can’t way for the daily breakfast because the breakfast was so delicious and there was different options .. the reception gave free snacks , water and tea regularly .. I love this hotel so much after 16 days I just extended my stay for another one week.. I definitely will be back here in April .. it was close to everything, restaurants, bars , malls etc .. everything was easy ..
