I had a great stay! The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. It would be even better if the hotel could offer complimentary access to the hot springs for all guests, rather than on a payable basis. Their outdoor/indoor hot springs area is a definite must visit for the experience it provides. A big shout-out to Mr. Eric Gao, who was fantastic in guiding us around the area and explaining the facilities we could enjoy during our stay.

Travel concierge at the hotel was very helpful to ensure we get around to North slope scenic area and ski fields with ease. Short walk to the North slope entrance + VIP passes were truly awesome, saved us all the time & hassle meant we could get in early, benefiting from more time to enjoy the scenic area. We thouroughly enjoyed the hot springs & hot buffet dinner at hotel, esp after whole day out in the cold! We look forward to return when we visit Changbaishan again!
