Reasonably close to the city walls (inexpensive taxi ride). Many cheap restaurants within 5 minute walk, serving delicious food (particularly if you like spicy).

Located besides Tang Paradise, a 9-minute drive from Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Gran Melia Xian offers accommodation in Xi'an, featuring private gardens, a lake and an international brand shopping mall.... Even though we were only there for two days we were very pleased with the location of the hotel, it is close to a park which is beautifully lit in the evening. Staff very helpful w warm thanks to the main manager David who looked after us very well until the very end he was very kind and courteous. I hope we can come back here again sometime .
