Hi Cozy Hostel was extremely well located near East Nanjing Road, and there is great breakfast just down the block. It was also clean and organized and every room had its own bathroom. We also had a bit of a courier situation and Melody went above and beyond to help us figure it out and coordinate with the other party.

Excellent Hospitality and staff service from Ms. Selena for arranging an early check in for me and a good view room. Bed is very comfortable and location is excellent near to Metro & attached to Mall & close to exhibition Centre. Will definitely come back for my next trip stay.

The green metro line (line 2) connects the hotel with all major attractions and the airport. A shopping centre, mini-markets and cafés are within walking distance. Quiet and peaceful area. 2. The room is spacious, the linen is snow-white, and towels are changed every day (the maids are very pleasant and work 24 hours a day). The room has a full travel kit. Tea and coffee, bathrobes, slippers. The layout is very nice. Separate shower and toilet. And a beautiful bathtub. 3. Food. A buffet is provided in the morning and evening. A very nice woman prepares soup, to which you can add ingredients to your liking. The food is very varied, nothing spicy. Everything is fresh. 4. All this comfort, cosiness and care is provided by the hotel staff. Butler Johnson became my son's best friend, especially when he helped him place an order with Tao. Communication is always positive. The friendly Olivia is always available. Everyone at this hotel strives to make guests feel comfortable and is always offering their help. This is invaluable. If we come again, it will only be here. We wish prosperity and good luck to all the staff! Especially Johnson. He is unforgettable.
