Manager Frank, along with Blair and Emma, went above and beyond to ensure we felt well looked after at all times. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Toothbrushes and bathrobes ( including cute kids toothbrush and small kids bathrobe), water were provided for the whole family. The laundry service was amazing. They will move all your clothes from washing to drying machine and then if u wish send it directly to your room. Can grab the water bottles in the front desk and also tea for free.

Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Very clean and comfortable room with nice amenities and a good location to explore Chengdu. Although English was challenging for most of the staff they were always caring and accommodating.
