Situato nel centro dell'antica città di Lijiang, lo Xilu Xiaoxie Inn offre sistemazioni accoglienti con arredi cinesi tradizionali e servizi moderni. Everything about this property is perfect. The place feels like home, the bed is clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean and very modern. The uncle from the Inn will also meet you at the gate of the Old town and help you out with your luggage. But most of all, Mandy (manager) is super duper friendly and will help you out a lot. She managed to book me a last minute tour to the Yulong Snow Mountain. You can also do your laundry for free! Mandy helped me out to transfer my clothes to the dryer as I was exhausted coming from the day tour. She also prepared breakfast for me to take. This is the best Inn I’ve stayed so far. Will definitely come back!!

Just a 15 minute ride from the Kunming airport and the hotel provides a nice new van for personal pick up and drop off. (By the way - you meet the hotel shuttle van 🚐 just 100 meters left of Arrivals Gate 1 as you walk out of the Kunming Airport). A great value and an extremely well appointed hotel room with very nice touches and great furnishings. Everything felt very new and clean and definitely one of the nicer 4 star hotels in the airport area. Good working AC and very helpful front desk staff - including Joyce who helped me with my WIFI. Breakfast is high quality but is mostly Chinese style (which I like) with Rice noodles 🍜 and a few hot Chinese dishes. Hotel 🏨 is in a little shopping area (with a bunch of other similar airport hotels) that have some tea shops and local restaurants. Great choice for a layover at the Kunming airport.

La colazione tipica è preparata da una gentile signora e la vista dalla camera è bellissima. L'ultimo giorno purtroppo non sono stato bene, ma il sig. Young mi ha aiutato e dato anche delle medicine.

The manager, Ling Ling, is extremely helpful, friendly and passionate. She went out of her way to help us organize our outings, helped us book train tickets and suggested activities for us. She made our stay extra special. I love it that the hotel is in a historic building and the location is incredible. It is right in the heart of Nanping Pedestrian Street and Flower market. Lots of activities the moment we stepped the hotel. A-star for cleanliness. The staff will brew a nice herbal tea and a bowl of fruits, which is a very nice touch.

He helped us with taxis, bookings and gave great advice for the area. I can not recommend this place enough. The location is perfect, next to the Old Town where you can wander around for hours.

The hotel sevice impressive us since the first day we arrived. We were picked up from the airport. The staff are full of service mind. I have asked them to have a sugar for making my coffee in the room, the hotel owner was running to find it and gave to us keenly. The hotel owner and son has incredibly gentle and helpful. The other staff also helped me to pay to the taxi when we had problem with the payment App. The last day of our stay was so impressive. The hotel owner drove us to the airport and gave us Chinese traditional teas with a big smile. The location is great, near to the night market along the river and hotpot restaurants around. The beds are so comfy and also the bedding wares are good quality. We felt like home in the hotel. Impressive and warm welcome. I definitely recommend this place.
