Offering a garden and garden view, Dan’s Sea Guest House Hangzhou is set in Hangzhou, 1 km from Lingyin Temple and 5.5 km from Xixi Wetland. The manager was very friendly and helped us throughout our stay. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival. The location was ideal for people who visit Lingyin temple, just a few minutes by walk to the ticket office. The Lingyin area is so green that one feels close to nature. One of our rooms has a spacious balcony with open view for the green hills around the village. The other room has artful wooden interior design, a blend of traditional and modern style. Found interesting Chinese paintings (copies) from Laoshu and we liked the traditional furnitures in the hotel. There's a lovely quiet yard with a big sweet osmanthus tree, a traditional moon gate and lion stone statues.

It was just next to the Wenzhou exhibition centre which was helpful as that my main attraction for the trip
