On our two-week vacation in Colombia, this was our favorite accommodation. The atmosphere and premises of Casa del Pavo Real are wonderful, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and the beds comfortable. Would come again any time!

Jorge, the host was very friendly and attentive, since before our stay and afterwards as well. The place looked very clean, quite new, very comfortable and beautiful. Jorge really helped us find transportation to our next stop in our trip, using his own apps and checking on us afterwards too.

We loved the vibe, the service, the food was delicious. Reception was extremely attentive and answered every question we had in a timely and professional manner. People sometimes forget that the front desk isn’t their personal concierge, yet the staff still went above and beyond for us. Their patience and responsiveness made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. The restaurant exceeded our expectations — the food was truly top-notch. Fresh, flavorful, and easily some of the best meals we had during our time in Colombia. We also loved the presence of the rescued pups roaming the property. They added a warm, authentic charm to the environment and made the place feel even more welcoming.

This hostel is one of the best hostels we have been on our travels! The atmosphere is so relaxed and you can have a great time there. We loved the activities like movie night or mangrove tour, parties or pizza night. The location is perfect with the river and the sea very close by. The room and facilities were cleaned every day and the chill space was really chill 😃 Every day there is food at fixed time frames and it makes people come together and it’s easy to make connections. The staff and volunteers are super nice and it was a pleasure to hang out with everyone. It makes sense that people stay here for more than a few days.
