They assisted in providing great tips for traveling around, assisted in anything we needed in the accommodation and Leon took us for a great night tour in the garden to look for frogs. Boasting an outdoor pool and a hot tub, La Finca Lodge is located in Fortuna, 35 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. Complimentary WiFi is available. This place was the equivalent of heaven on earth. I would consider just buying a ticket to Costa Rica to spend a week here and enjoy total peace and relaxation. Our room was big, with a huge balcony that had two chairs and a hammock. The view is amazing. The place feels so safe that you can sleep with the big windows fully open and be woken up by the horses eating grass outside your window. The WiFi worked great. The shower was huge and with water flowing very well. The location is a big farm so you can even go walk and see dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, chickens, anything. They have a swimming pool and a hot tub that you can use anytime you want. They also offer paid laundry service and they have a restaurant. Breakfast was also included and it was great. The hosts and waiters are all really kind and accommodating. Each room has a private parking spot right outside the room. I mean, I could go on for days about how great this place is. My girlfriend and I almost cried when we had to leave. This place is just so great. Do yourself a favor: if you have a car, avoid staying in La Fortuna and stay here. You'll love it.

Location : I choosed Smithsonian room and there is a Arenal volcano view at my balcony which inspired me. I like hundred of birds feeding every morning at the restaurant for breakfast. And I like hiking trail too. Free trail offer at 8.00,10.00 and 14.00 pm. Next time I and my husband will stay here more than 1 nights for sure because there are a lot of activities here and front desk is very nice to service.
