We were made very welcome, and loved the ECO ethos. The photos don't do the cabins and bathrooms justice as they are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Stunning views and beautiful gardens. Really nice breakfast from produce grown on site and a great place for star gazing.

I was very grateful Auxi was there to make us meals. We had a simple ham and cheese sandwich & fries for lunch and steak, salad, fries + dessert for dinner. If you do not have a 4x4 car it makes it difficult to go up the hill to get to the bungalow so that is the only thing I would make sure you have before coming. But also because of that - we were extremely grateful to have Auxi make us meals and also that it was not a menu so we didn't have to think or choose what to eat, but just ate what was provided. Both Mark and Ana are very friendly and we loved their energy. The facilities were great. We loved the rain and quiet. The view was spectacular waking up. Nortico is very closeby for a nice small walk. So many friendly dogs around! Bonus - the water was a bit low pressure in the bungalow but loved that it got HOT.

Rolando est un monsieur vraiment adorable. Il peut venir vous chercher au pied de la côte d'accès à la propriété en 4×4. Vraiment un endroit merveilleux et l'hébergement est vraiment top. Merci Rolando pour ton accueil tellement chaleureux.

Accueil chaleureux par Gisele.repas copieux avec les produits de la ferme .visute de la laiterie un peu taedive du coup on a eu un festival de lucioles pour le retour

L'Orosi Lodge est situé à 5 minutes de route de la place principale d'Orosí et à 15 km du centre-ville de Cartago. Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible gratuitement dans toutes les parties. Orosí Lodge is a beautiful property. It is not fancy, but the solitude of the town of Orosi makes this a special place away from the traffic and congestion of not far away Cartago and especially, San Jose. There are roads in the region which would allow for driving to much of the Country and eliminating San Jose and its’ traffic entirely; spend a few days and relax at Orosi Lodge and then drive a rent a car for stays in other parts of Costa Rica, especially the Caribbean Coast and the Southern Pacific Coast. Andreas and Connie, the owners of the Lodge, are extremely helpful with recommendations. The rest of the Staff there is very friendly and a great breakfast is available, if you want. In addition, there are many inexpensive restaurants within walking distance. Don’t miss the Spanish Colonial Church in the center of town built in the 1700s.

A very well equipped apartment and finished to a high standard. The apartment was in a secure compound with good parking. Great, quiet location on the edge of town.
