40 km from Parque Nacional Santa Rosa, Amazilia Guesthouse is a recently renovated property located in Liberia and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. We received a warm welcome from Mario. He was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay - on one occasion he arranged an evening meal reservation for us at Rancho Don Luis (they opened up just to accommodate us and the other couple staying at Amazilia). Our room was an adequate size - the wide bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well (though the water wasn't hot). We made very good use of the lovely pool area. The dining area was great and we enjoyed the breakfasts - the cook was also responsible for cleaning the rooms and the property and she did a great job. Amazilia is ideally located for Parque Nacional Rinco de la Vieja - unfortunately, during our stay, the park was closed due to the excessive rainfall Costa Rica had been having. We ate 3 times at nearby Rancho Los Gavilanes - it has a lovely setting by a river.

Muna Santa Rosa Apartamentos is a recently renovated apartment in Tamarindo, where guests can make the most of its pool with a view and garden. The property features garden views. Great value for the money, very nice, neat place. Excellent location!

Set in the vicinty of Tamarindo Beach in Tamarindo, Muna Tamarindo is an apartment, which features an outdoor swimming pool and garden. Very clean and felt safe. The separate living space was perfect for our large multi family group with 12 kids to have their own space yet still be all together.

Set in Playa Flamingo, 300 metres from Potrero Beach, Hotel Tabasco offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a casino. TABASCO is a pleasant Mexican-style oasis with friendly French hosts, uniquely located near the beach, restaurants, and bars. I was pleasantly surprised not only by the generous breakfast but also by the fact that they served freshly baked pastries made by their own hands. I also appreciated that they lent me beach chairs, provided beach towels, and even did quite a lot of my laundry. Other small details—like ice cubes in containers or insect repellent—only added to the thoughtful care the hosts showed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I especially liked that there were two sinks in the bathroom. I highly recommend it.
