It was my first time travelling there, and have I stayed anywhere else, I don’t think I’d be able to connect as well with the local culture and things happening on the island. I felt very much at home! Sidney gave me great tips about good restaurants and things to see, and was always available for questions. The house has all the needed amenities and is centrally located, walking distance to the pontoon bridge, and very close to a bus stop. This made it easy for me to commute around the island. I also loved the garden in the back of the house. Turquoise B&B is very peaceful and like a home on the other side of the world. I’d love to come back!

Had a great stay at Thuishaven! Very affordable and comfortable place to stay that is centrally located in a safe neighborhood. The hosts were very accommodating (thanks for the bottle of wine!) and helpful when we needed any support or information. The very friendly cats were a special treat! Thanks for a great stay, guys!
