What surprised me most about the staff was that when I stayed with them in April 2025, I left my computer mouse behind, which the staff informed us about immediately after leaving. Then, during my stay in November, I asked if they had my mouse. To my surprise, my mouse was waiting in a new room. I found the staff very honest, and the hotel was great, so we stayed a second time, which is something we don't usually do.

The property is big, nice and clean. We've enjoyed our stay. We'll book it again for our vacation in Larnaka. The host sent me all needed information so it was easy to find it and chek-in.

Located in the heart of Larnaka city, The Rise Urban Art Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the famous Phoinikoudes Beach. Very accommodating staff, exceptional breakfast and a very comfortable room. The private parking was a great convenience considering the central location of the property.

We arrived got upgraded room exceptional customer service and great staff and after we checked out we were able to spend the whole day and use the spa before our flight. The breakfast was great so many options to choose from.

Kition Urban Suite 1 on hiljuti renoveeritud apartement Larnaca kesklinnas, 200 meetri kaugusel Finikoudesi rannast ja 2,4 km kaugusel Mackenzie rannast. Linnavaatega majutusasutusel on rõdu. We absolutely loved our stay at Kition Urban Suite 1. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent facilities. The location is ideal – just a short walk to the sea, close to cafés and restaurants, with both a food market and a supermarket nearby, and not far from the city center. What made our stay truly exceptional was the staff. Due to a rescheduled flight, we needed an early check-in and a slightly later check-out, and the staff were very accommodating. This flexibility was especially important for us as we were traveling with our 1-year-old child, and it made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful apartment in a perfect location with outstanding staff – highly recommended!
