These modern and luxurious studios and apartments are located in the central Mitte district of Berlin. Each one offers a loggia (covered balcony) or a terrace with views of greenery and the vibrant city centre. Very clean and comfortable flat. Everything was there what we needed. Directly next to the nordbahnhof and tram stops. The stuff was so friendly and helpful. They were so kind that they kept our suitcases for hours after we checked out. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Along with free WiFi, the 3 star superior Hotel Nikolai Residence offers rooms in an extremely central location just a 10-minute walk from Alexanderplatz Square. The Fernseher Turm TV tower is only 500 metres away. We had great time staying at Nikolai Residence. In addition to the rooms, we have spacious private balcony which we like it very much. The host and receptions are very helpful, always make sure we have everything we need during our stay, including keeping our luggages after our check out time. Perfect start of the new year stay. The rooms at Garden Living feature cable TV, a desk and a private bathroom. Each one has elegant interiors with wooden floors, large windows and pretty paintings. I had a wonderful experience. The taxi pick-up service from Berlin airport was included in my booking, and everything went smoothly. I received clear instructions in advance, and right after I arrived in Berlin, I got a WhatsApp message. I was picked up and taken to the hotel without any delay. Since I arrived after their operating hours, they sent me detailed self-check-in instructions. I was able to check in smoothly on my own. I was thrilled to find that my room had a balcony overlooking a garden. It was incredibly peaceful, and I enjoyed spending time there both day and night. The view was quiet and beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax. Although the hotel is located beside a busy street with tram stations nearby, the moment you step inside, it's like entering a different world. All the noise is shut out, and you can't hear anything even with the balcony door open. I tried their breakfast, which featured a carefully selected variety of breads, cereals, cheeses, and ham. Everything was of the highest quality. I also rented a bicycle for 15 euros a day, which was very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, they offer free coffee and tea in the lobby, along with croissants on occasion. I believe that places with good energy attract kind people. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting an elderly couple from Hamburg who were staying in the room next to mine. We had a delightful chat when we met on our adjoining balconies.
