Modern upmarket hotel, staff very friendly and extremely helpful especially Sophia and Layla who went above and beyond to make our short break extra special with their local knowledge and recommendations for sightseeing, dinner reservations and local transport networks. An early check in, superior room upgrade and the large super comfortable bed were very much appreciated following our early morning arrival into Berlin. Thanks also to Reception and Catering team for arranging a lovely packed 'breakfast to go' for us on the last morning due to our 6am check out. Overall a fabulous weekend and we would certainly recommend KPM Hotel and Residences for a business or leisure visit to Berlin.

Perfect position, directly over the metro, ideal to visit the city.

The rooms at Garden Living feature cable TV, a desk and a private bathroom. Each one has elegant interiors with wooden floors, large windows and pretty paintings. I had a wonderful experience. The taxi pick-up service from Berlin airport was included in my booking, and everything went smoothly. I received clear instructions in advance, and right after I arrived in Berlin, I got a WhatsApp message. I was picked up and taken to the hotel without any delay. Since I arrived after their operating hours, they sent me detailed self-check-in instructions. I was able to check in smoothly on my own. I was thrilled to find that my room had a balcony overlooking a garden. It was incredibly peaceful, and I enjoyed spending time there both day and night. The view was quiet and beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax. Although the hotel is located beside a busy street with tram stations nearby, the moment you step inside, it's like entering a different world. All the noise is shut out, and you can't hear anything even with the balcony door open. I tried their breakfast, which featured a carefully selected variety of breads, cereals, cheeses, and ham. Everything was of the highest quality. I also rented a bicycle for 15 euros a day, which was very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, they offer free coffee and tea in the lobby, along with croissants on occasion. I believe that places with good energy attract kind people. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting an elderly couple from Hamburg who were staying in the room next to mine. We had a delightful chat when we met on our adjoining balconies.

Parking in our garage is fee – 3,50 EUR per hour and 26 EUR per day Spacious room.equipped with a kittle , small fridge , ironing table and an iron and it was cleaned daily ,strong internet signal,very cooperative and proffessional staff. Breakfast was varied and delicious . The hotel was very near to bus station and metro and to most of the city attractions.
