The apartment was big, had everything we needed - equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, waterkettle, milk, coffee and tea, water in the fridge. Toiletries, hair blower, umbrellas,... Very clean, enough towels for everyone. The location is great - 5 min walk to U-bahn, 20 min walk to city center. Great for stay with kids!

Vivien at the restaurant, sincerely wish for us to have good food in the city and had even recommended us a good Italian restaurant outside the hotel.

Parking in our garage is fee – 3,50 EUR per hour and 26 EUR per day easy to get around by foot, public transport, or taxi. shops, pharmacies, and cafes just nearby. the area felt quiet and safe, which made the stay very comfortable. the hotel itself was peaceful and calm. thanks to the entire staff from the reception team to the housekeeping crew, everyone was kind and everything was always clean. i even got a present from the hotel, which was really sweet. the room was spacious, especially for berlin standards, and neat. good wifi. also really appreciated having an iron and ironing board in the room. had no issues leaving my luggage after checkout and picking it up later which was very convenient
