We are very satisfied and truly enjoyed our stay. The interior design is beautiful, and all the appliances, especially in the kitchen, are well-equipped and in excellent condition. One thing I particularly appreciated was the lighting, which is much better than other places I have stayed. However, I would like to share some feedback about the heating. The ground floor was perfectly warm and cozy, but the upper floor felt a bit cold. I think it might not be warm enough during the winter season. Our third stay here. It is very charming and an extremely cozy hotel nestled in the Black Forest. Service is great, everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Spa area is perfect, not big nor crowded.
