This 5-star family-run hotel in Bad Füssing offers an extensive garden with sun loungers, free WiFi and free parking in the underground garage. The staff were very friendly and the spa was amazing. It was easy to find a place by yourself in the upstairs infinity pools. The physiotherapist was amazing and really helped my pain levels. The food was incredible. Plentiful and of a very high and tasty standard. A seven course dinner no less and included in half board. The hotel had free e-bikes to borrow and the town was set out so perfectly for riding around. You can ride over the bridge between Germany and Austria. There were many fitness activities you could sign up for like stretching and water aerobics. I had a wonderful time. I could have stayed there another week at least!

Gästehaus Edhof, a property with a garden, is set in Witzmannsberg, 19 km from Cathedral Passau, 19 km from Train Station Passau, as well as 47 km from Wohlfuhl Thermal Baths. The homestead is about a one km from the nearest village, with a great view across the Ilz valley. The location a great starting point for walks on Pandurensteig and/or biking on the Donau-Ilz Radweg ( bike trail ). The radweg was build on a former rail to granit mines, therefore there are only gentle climbs. There is also a room to play ping-pong, foosball, darts, etc, in case it rains.
